Panel System Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for requirement analysis and product technical specification development of X-ray flat panel detector products.
2. Responsible for planning the technical roadmap and developing technical solutions for X-ray flat panel detector products.
3. Responsible for product design stage review, R&D product design input and output review.
4. Participate in the design verification of various stages of the product
5. Optimization and improvement of X-ray scintillator.
6. Performance testing and analysis of X-ray detector products.
7. Responsible for developing various image post-processing algorithms, including image denoising, image enhancement, image sharpening, dynamic range compression and full feature display, real-time calculation of automatic window width and level, feature extraction, object detection and recognition, etc. From requirement analysis to algorithm implementation and testing, ensure algorithm performance and accuracy.
8. Write product design documents and related technical materials, and develop testing plans.
9. Cross departmental collaboration, working closely with team members in software, firmware, embedded systems, and other areas to ensure seamless integration of algorithms and products.
10. Customer and project technical support, participation and external technical exchanges
What we expect
1. Familiar with the working principle of photodetectors and the characteristics of mainstream scintillation crystals.
2. Experience in designing and developing detectors and photon counting X-ray detectors is preferred.
3. Master programming languages such as Python and MatLab.
4. Experience in using Monte Carlo simulation tools for simulation and performance simulation is preferred.
5. Hold a bachelor's degree or above in nuclear science and technology, optoelectronic engineering, materials science, physical chemistry, or related fields. Familiar with the working principle, functional performance, and application scenarios of X-ray detectors and imaging systems, with in-depth research on the core materials and key components involved in detectors. Have relevant product development experience are preferred
6. Having a solid professional foundation and hands-on ability, good analytical and problem-solving skills, a down-to-earth and hardworking quality, good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills, and strong ability to undertake tasks and take on responsibilities. Strong learning ability, rigorous and meticulous, passionate about research and development work, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
7. Good analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills, able to work independently in complex technological environments.
8. Proficient in English reading and writing, with a certain foundation in listening and speaking.
9. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-10 years or more of work experience.

This position is based in Shanghai, China, with close collaboration with our global teams.
