Account Manager
Your role
Responsible for the revenue growth, sales profit growth of the assigned accounts/regions, and responsible for the customer relationship and overall profitability of the accounts.
The individual will be measured by the Sales Rev., Sales Rev. growth, and Throughput profit % of the assigned areas and accounts, as well as other KPI’s related to AR, new design-in acquisition, customer relationship building etc.
Responsibilities
- Developing the business with the assigned accounts/regions, and responsible for the customer relationship and overall profitability of the account.
- Realizing the rev. and profit target of assigned accounts
- Leading and inspiring the team, to hunt for new design-in opportunities in the designated area, to build up sales opportunity pipeline
- Guiding and leading the sales process to win the design-ins
- Leading and driving the relevant team to constantly develop relationship with the assigned accounts
- Actively gathering market intelligence, incl. Market trend, competitor info, and any other intelligence that has a significance on DT business
- Documenting the customer information and other sales related information to Sales force or other designated IT tools.
- Forecasting business of assigned area
- Other tasks like market research etc. That may be assigned by Supervisor

Location
Example: This position is based Beijing China, with close collaboration with our global teams. You will be reporting to the President APAC.
