Product Process Engineer

Responsibilities

职位描述：

1，LN系统BOM的审核和维护，编辑量产的SOP；

2，负责新产品的工艺验证，对现有工艺进行改进，工艺文件的编制和管理；

3，负责产品导入试产过程，跟进处理试产过程中的所有问题，汇总并输出问题点的分析改善报告，

并推动相关的问题

4，制定精准并满足质量的产品生产流程，提高生产效率；

5，负责与物料计划、生产、质量、仓库协同工程变更的导入（OC、EC）；

6，与生产车间进行对接，及时解决工艺、质量等问题，确保生产顺利进行，问题记录存档，与研发

一起研究改善方案；

7，负责产品量产中的工艺制程改善，开展产品解剖分析工作，出降本增效建议并跟进实施，以提产高品的性能和降低成本；

8，PDC系统管理与维护；

9，产品生产全流程工时统计与维护；

What we expect

1，年龄：35岁以上；

2，专科以上学历；

3，从事相关电子制造行业产品的工艺工作经验；

4，熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO13485体系知识；

5，熟练掌握AutoCAD、Office等相关计算机软件；

6，责任心强，工作认真负责，有很好的分析和解决问题能力；

7，能吃苦耐劳，具备良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神；
