Product Process Engineer
Responsibilities
Review and maintain the BOM for the LN system and edit SOP for mass production.
Be responsible for the process validation of new products, improve existing processes, and compile and manage process documentation.
Oversee the product trial production process, follow up on and address all issues that arise during trial production, summarize and output analysis and improvement reports on identified issues, and drive resolution of related problems.
Develop precise production processes that meet quality standards and enhance production efficiency.
Coordinate with the materials planning, production, quality, and warehouse departments to implement engineering changes (OC, EC).
Liaise with the production workshop to promptly resolve process and quality issues, ensuring smooth production. Document issues and collaborate with the R&D team to develop improvement plans.
Be responsible for process improvements during mass production, conduct product dissection and analysis, propose cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing suggestions, and follow up on their implementation to improve product performance and reduce costs.
Manage and maintain the PDC system.
Compile and maintain labor hour statistics for the entire product production process.
What We Expect:
Age: Over 35 years old.
Education: College degree or above.
Experience: Work experience in process engineering within the relevant electronics manufacturing industry.
Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO13485 system standards.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office, and other relevant computer software.
Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious work attitude, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Ethic: Ability to endure hardships and work diligently, with good communication, coordination skills, and a team spirit.
