Aftersales Engineer

Your role

Be responsible for providing technical service support to overseas customers of the company's X-ray flat panel detectors and related products.

Responsibilities

Conduct operational training, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and visits in overseas regions to ensure customer satisfaction;
Provide technical support for sales and marketing meetings in relevant regions;
Ensure the payment collection process for customer repairs in relevant regions;
Accurately and promptly control spare parts within the region to meet technical service needs;
Submit repair reports, installation reports, maintenance forms,
expense reimbursement documents, etc., in a timely manner as required;
Provide (on-duty) telephone technical service support within the region;
Be responsible for collecting adverse product events, assisting in
investigations of such events, and coordinating product recalls;
Communicate with customers, establish customer profiles, receive and
relay customer complaints and daily feedback information, and conduct
follow-up actions.

What we expect

Bachelor's degree or above;
Over 2 years of experience in after-sales maintenance of medical devices, with good communication skills;
Possess proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, as well as strong hands-on skills;
Have strong stress resistance capabilities.

Location

This position is based in Shanghai, China with close collaboration with our global teams. You will be reporting to the Aftersales Supervisor.
