Sales Manager
Your role
Sales and customer relationship management, forecasting and budgeting for designated accounts/and or territories to develop the accounts to key accounts under supervision and guidance from the superior and Account Managers.
Responsibilities
Managing the sales process
- Prospecting
- Defining the target market and qualifying potential customers
- Contacting potential new customers
- Finding new opportunities in existing customers
- Identifying
- Identifying customer needs and developing sales opportunities
- Identifying the decision makers and gatekeepers
- Selling
- Developing a solution based on the need
- Presenting the solution and benefits to the decision makers and gatekeepers
- Closing
- Preparing a commercial proposal based on the solution
- Negotiating
- Removing the obstacles of buying
- Closing the deal
- Expanding Customer Relationship
- Monitoring the delivery and following-up the customer satisfaction
- Continue building trust
- Expand and deepen the relationship
Sales forecast and budgeting
Ensure invoices to be paid by customers
Reporting the business intelligence about DT’s competitive positions, markets, competitors, trends of the end-users, customers and the industry to be used to develop DT as a company

Location
This position is based in Beijing, China, with close collaboration with our global teams. You will be reporting to the Sales Director.
