Trainee, Customer Support engineer

You will be part of global, innovative and customer focused organization working with multi-disciplinary teams in after sales and customer support. We are working for all our business areas including medical, industrial and security.
Responsibilities
You will assist responsible customer support engineer in customer interface in customer complaint and support handling. Also you will have a role in ensuring that corrective actions from customer complaint and support cases are implemented at DT. And even further you will work in our customer interface having role to perform the customer satisfaction survey including some phone interviews in English during the trainee period.
Qualifications
You
- are 1st or 2nd year University graduate student or above from relevant technology field (engineering or natural sciences) or similar
- identify yourself more as generalist than specialist
- have understanding of basics of product management
- are excited of technology and high tech products
- are enthusiastic to work in customer interface
- have quality mindset, logical and systematic way of working
- are familiar with process approach
- are familiar with ISO9001/13485 standards
- have fluent English skills, other languages seen as benefit
